In the BlueScreenView (BSV) the drivers listed are from the Atheros wireless driver (athrx)and (I think) the ATI graphics adapter. Thats what it looks like, a driver is crashing windows because it's using a memory range it is not supposed to.

If you added new hardware to your PC before the Blue Screen error, shut down your PC, remove the hardware, and try restarting.
