When I plug the drive into any of the 3 USB ports (2 are 3.0, 1 is 2.0) the laptop makes the typical sound that you've connected something. How are we going to save files..i bought the thing to be the backup.. Open Windows Disk Management -> refresh corresponding interface to see whether the USB drive will be reloaded and reinstalled or just find the USB device with a question mark -> right
