The problem seems to be mostly nocturnal, unless awakened by the fact that I -really- need to get something done quickly. I have an azerty keyboard on a ASUS K53SC SX050V - Pentium 2 GHz laptop. But guess what? I wrote a little diagnostic program to help show what might be running in the background. My suggestion is to visit Trend Micro's online scanner Housecall to look for any malware. I hav problem with keyboard.

this morning i turned on my laptop (which has windows 7) and a few keys were not working. I may have to make FF my default although I prefer IE for many things. Any ideas?
