Normally I would have popped the ssd in another computer but these are dual raid 0 ssd’s, not an easy data recovery task. What a legend!! I'm using a Lenono ThinkPad T410 (Using the On-Screen keyboard to access the other numbers) running Windows 7 Ultimate. Who'd a thunk it! Under Control Panel, Ease of Access, Making the Keyboard Easier to Use, you can uncheck use sticky keys. Not sure if there is a recommendation for a good permanent fix to this?

Now everything on the keyboard works. Also, some additional details: I tried another USB keyboard; same issue. I suspect that some of the F keys don't work either, nor does my End key. They told me that the tests I had done were the same as those they would have done.

Even Asus (the brand of laptop we are using) didn't know the answer after spending over an hour trying this and trying that.
