I've had a... i also have tried the windows update reset. C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests Open the Packages folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files). I checked them all and hit the Install button. Till then I will just ignore and hide these stupid updates and disable Windows Update altogether. It doesn't have its icon, it's just blank file.
